December 12, 2023: Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats (San Jose, CA) and the host Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA), saw Basis Independent Silicon Valley's basketball squad hold off Pinewood by a tally of 31-30.
With the victory, Basis Independent Silicon Valley improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Prospect (Saratoga, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Pinewood will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 75-29 non-league loss to Milpitas (Milpitas, CA).
