December 12, 2023: Detroit, MI 48207 The Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) basketball felled the visiting Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI), 63-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Huron (Ann Arbor, MI). The River Rats go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
The Spartans now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Mott for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Fitzgerald will encounter a Marauders squad coming off a 55-23 non-league loss to Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Marauders record now stands at 2-2.
