Kentucky High School Basketball - Estill County trounced by Madison Central
December 12, 2024: Richmond, KY 40475 Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY), 75-40 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Madison Central advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY) to face the Defenders in a non-league match on Friday, December 13. The Defenders enter the match with a record of 3-0. Bryan Station won 78-44 in their recent non-league match against Western Hills (Frankfort, KY)
The Engineers now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton Falls for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Estill County will face a Tigers squad coming off a 49-46 non-league loss to Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
