Minnesota High School Basketball - Jefferson sneaks past Kennedy
December 12, 2024: Bloomington, MN 55420 The Jefferson Jaguars basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Kennedy Eagles to 61 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Jaguars now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Eastview for a AAAA Section 3 game on Saturday, December 14. Jefferson will play a Lightning team coming off a 63-60 non-league loss to Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Lightning record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Kennedy falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, December 16. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-2. Two Rivers lost 49-36 in their recent non-league game against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN)
