In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Port Huron Red Hawks basketball team scored a good 52-37 triumph over the L'Anse Creuse Lancers.

The Red Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Tars go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Anchor Bay topped L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 48-47, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lancers confront the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. L'Anse Creuse will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 48-47 non-league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI).
