Kelly Catholic Bulldogs (Beaumont, TX) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool (Lake Charles, LA), 58-25 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Kelly Catholic advances its record to 9-12 on the year. The Bulldogs host Legacy Prep Christian Academy (Magnolia, TX) to meet the Lions in a TAPPS 5A District 5 match on Tuesday, January 7. The Lions enter the match with a record of 13-2.

The (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Mount Olive Christian (Athens, LA). The come into the Christian Educators of Louisiana test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Mount Olive Christian bounced Union Christian Academy (Farmerville, LA), 46-44, in a non-league test.
