Oklahoma High School Basketball - Union City holds off Wayne
December 12, 2024: Wayne, OK 73095 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Union City Tigers basketball team scored a close 49-43 triumph over the Wayne Bulldogs.
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hinton (Hinton, OK). The Comets go into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Hinton nipped Cordell (Cordell, OK), 63-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Fletcher Wildcats (Fletcher, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Wayne will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 62-26 non-league win over Central (Marlow, OK).
