North Carolina High School Basketball - Sanderson knocks off Trinity Academy
December 12, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27609 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC), observed Sanderson's basketball team overcome Trinity Academy by a margin of 48-29.
The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Heritage dropped by Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC), 51-44, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Trinity Academy will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 68-64 non-league win over Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).
