In Friday's non-league test, the Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX), by a final score of 56-35.

Coming up next, the Knights play the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 15. Fort Bend Elkins will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 70-54 non-league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX).
