Colorado High School Basketball - Aspen holds off Lamar

The Aspen Skiers basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Lamar Thunder to 42 in the Skiers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Skiers now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Lupton for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Aspen will confront a Bluedevils team coming off a 83-67 non-league win over Valley (Gilcrest, CO). The Bluedevils record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Lamar falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Sterling (Sterling, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Sterling won 75-73 in their recent non-league bout against The Academy (Westminster, CO)
