December 12, 2025: Bronte, TX 76933 Post Antelopes (Post, TX) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Bronte Longhorns (Bronte, TX), 62-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Post advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Antelopes travel to Stamford (Stamford, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-3. Stamford won 66-44 in their recent non-league match against Hermleigh (Hermleigh, TX)
The Longhorns now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas Leadership Charter Academy - Abilene for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 16. Bronte will face a Eagles squad coming off a 47-34 non-league win over Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.
