Wyoming High School Basketball - Pine Ridge thwarts Buffalo
December 12, 2025: Buffalo, WY 82834 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) and the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY), observed Pine Ridge's basketball team knock off Buffalo by a score of 54-46.
The Thorpes (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Bolts come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Thunder Basin dropped by St. Thomas More (Rapid City, SD), 66-54, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Bison meet the Scottsbluff Bearcats (Scottsbluff, NE) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, December 13. Buffalo will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bearcats enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 62-54 non-league loss to Century (Bismarck, ND).
