California High School Basketball - Chavez routed by Poly
December 12, 2025: San Fernando, CA 91340 The Poly Parrots basketball team scored 86 points and limited the host Chavez Eagles to 17 in the Parrots league triumph on Friday.
The Parrots now have a 2-4 record. They play next when they host North Hollywood for a East Valley game on Monday, December 15. Poly will confront a Huskies team coming off a 70-53 league win over Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Chavez falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Vaughn (San Fernando, CA) to confront the White Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. The White Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-6. Vaughn lost 52-36 in their recent non-league outing against Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA)
