In Friday's non-league contest, the host Washington Huskies basketball team scored a big 63-29 triumph over the Concord Bears.

The Huskies (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Newark Memorial (Newark, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Newark Memorial smashed AIMS College Prep (Oakland, CA), 76-40, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Bentley Phoenix (Lafayette, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. Concord will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record.
