Washington High School Basketball - Ephrata trounced by West Valley
December 12, 2025: Spokane, WA 99212 West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Ephrata Tigers (Ephrata, WA), 64-29 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Valley advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Sandpoint (Sandpoint, ID) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 16. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 3-1. Sandpoint won 51-50 in their recent non-league match against Shelley (Shelley, ID)
The Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prosser for a 2A Central Washington match on Saturday, December 13. Ephrata will face a Mustangs team coming off a 75-36 non-league loss to Chiawana (Pasco, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
