Texas High School Basketball - Polytechnic bested by Fort Worth THESA
December 12, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76105 Fort Worth THESA Riders (Fort Worth, TX) backers went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), 68-48 in a non-league contest.
The Riders (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Azle (Azle, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Azle topped North Forney (Forney, TX), 62-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Parrots battle the Trimble Tech Bulldogs (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 contest, on Thursday, December 18. Polytechnic will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 3-11 record after their 42-40 non-league loss to Jefferson (Dallas, TX).
