Texas High School Basketball - Mathis overwhelms Lasara
December 12, 2025: Mathis, TX 78368 The Mathis Pirates basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Lasara Lions to 35 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Pearsall for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Mathis will play a Mavericks team coming off a 63-46 non-league loss to Southwest (San Antonio, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 10-5.
