Ohio High School Basketball - Meadowbrook victorious over River View
December 12, 2025: Byesville, OH 43723 In Friday's league contest, the host Meadowbrook Colts basketball team scored a nice 49-36 victory over the River View Black Bears.
With the victory, Meadowbrook advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Colts travel to Indian Valley (Gnadenhutten, OH) to face the Braves in a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. The Braves enter the match with a record of 1-0. Indian Valley won 62-25 in their recent non-league match against Lakewood (Hebron, OH)
The Black Bears now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Muskingum for a Muskingum Valley contest on Tuesday, December 16. River View will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 66-55 league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Tornadoes record now stands at 3-2.
