December 12, 2025: McAllen, TX 78501 In Friday's non-league match, the host Rowe Warriors basketball squad scored a nice 56-36 victory over the Mission Veterans Memorial Patriots.
With the victory, Rowe upgrades its record to 12-9 on the year. The Warriors host Weslaco East (Weslaco, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 2-9. Weslaco East lost 74-38 in their recent non-league match against McAllen (McAllen, TX)
The Patriots now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Grande City for a 5A Region IV District 30 test on Tuesday, December 16. Mission Veterans Memorial will clash with a Rattlers squad coming off a 49-36 non-league loss to Cole (San Antonio, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 9-8.
