December 12, 2025: Texarkana, TX 75503 In Friday's non-league test, the Pleasant Grove Hawks (Texarkana, TX) basketball team crushed the visiting Texas Tigers (Texarkana, TX), by a tally of 79-58.
The Hawks now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Queen City for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 13. Pleasant Grove will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 85-32 non-league loss to Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, Texas falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX) to play the Tigers in a 5A Region II District 10 bout on Tuesday, December 16.
