In Friday's non-league contest, the host Vista del Lago Eagles basketball team scored a close 64-61 triumph over the River Valley Falcons.

The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks enter the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Tamalpais was nudged by Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA), 81-47, in a non-league match.

The Falcons now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bragg for a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. River Valley will face a Timberwolves squad coming off a 77-35 non-league loss to Chico (Chico, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-3.
