In Friday's league test, the Banneker Bulldogs (Washington, DC) basketball squad knocked off the host Anacostia Indians (Washington, DC), by a score of 59-45.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Bell Griffins (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA bout, on Monday, December 15. Banneker will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Griffins go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 47-31 league loss to McKinley Tech (Washington, DC).

With the loss, Anacostia falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Clinton Grace Christian (Clinton, MD) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 13. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-2. Clinton Grace Christian won 55-49 in their recent non-league test against La Plata (La Plata, MD)
