The Palm Beach Central Broncos (Wellington, FL) basketball edged the host Boynton Beach Tigers (Boynton Beach, FL), 43-41 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Broncos now hold a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King's Academy for a non-league test on Friday, December 19. Palm Beach Central will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 70-46 non-league loss to Northeast (Oakland Park, FL). The Lions record now stands at 3-3.

The Tigers (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 1-8 record.
