California High School Basketball - Mira Costa overwhelmed by Clovis West

In Friday's non-league test, the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) basketball squad trounced the host Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA), by a score of 77-52.

Next, the Golden Eagles clash with the Rialto Knights (Rialto, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 13. Clovis West will attempt to move on its 12-0 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 81-38 non-league win over Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA).

With the loss, Mira Costa falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA) to encounter the Royals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Rosary Academy won 70-39 in their recent non-league battle against Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA)
