Texas High School Basketball - Honey Grove gets by Grand Saline
December 12, 2025: Honey Grove, TX 75446 Honey Grove Warriors (Honey Grove, TX) backers went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Grand Saline Indians (Grand Saline, TX), 38-36 in a non-league contest.
The Warriors (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Celeste (Celeste, TX). The Blue Devils go into the 2A Region II District 14 contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Celeste nipped Ector (Ector, TX), 50-19, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Chisum Mustangs (Paris, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12. Grand Saline will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 8-11 record after their 25-19 non-league loss to Tournament Opponent (, ).
