The Manchester Squires basketball squad (North Manchester, IN), was crushed 73-45 in Friday's league battle with the host Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN)

With the victory, Whitko advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Wildcats host West Noble (Ligonier, IN) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 16. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. West Noble won 55-38 in their recent league challenge against Churubusco (Churubusco, IN)

In their next game, the Squires encounter the Eastbrook Panthers (Marion, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 17. Manchester will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 44-27 league loss to Frankton (Frankton, IN).
