Texas High School Basketball - Marble Falls sneaks past Valor Preparatory Academy
December 12, 2025: Marble Falls, TX 78654 The Marble Falls Mustangs (Marble Falls, TX) basketball edged the visiting Valor Preparatory Academy Knights (Waco, TX), 44-41 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lorena for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 16. Marble Falls will play a Leopards team coming off a 44-38 non-league win over Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Valor Preparatory Academy moves to 4-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX) to encounter the Bulldawgs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. The Bulldawgs come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Copperas Cove lost 51-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin (Franklin, TX)
