California High School Soccer - Roosevelt toppled by Clovis
December 12, 2025: Fresno, CA 93702 Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host Roosevelt Rough Riders (Fresno, CA), 6-0 in a non-league outing.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Kennedy (Delano, CA). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Kennedy got by Coalinga (Coalinga, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Rough Riders now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Caruthers for a non-league test on Friday, December 19. Roosevelt will clash with a Blue Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hanford West (Hanford, CA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
