California High School Basketball - Argonaut defeats Foresthill

December 12, 2025: Jackson, CA 95642

The Argonaut Mustangs (Jackson, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA), 62-53 in Friday's non-league test.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 19. Argonaut will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Diamondbacks come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 52-45 non-league loss to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA).

The Wildfires (6-2) will now prepare for their test against San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, San Juan gained a win over Delhi (Delhi, CA), 60-52, in a non-league bout.
