California High School Basketball - Coronado triumphant over High Tech SD
December 12, 2025: Coronado, CA 92118 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) and the visiting High Tech SD Storm (San Diego, CA), observed Coronado's basketball team overwhelm High Tech SD by a score of 68-16.
The Islanders (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Aztecs enter the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Montgomery was crushed by Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA), 74-21, in a non-league battle.
The Storm now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Jolla for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 13. High Tech SD will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 74-39 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-4.
