In Friday's non-league contest, the host Live Oak Acorns basketball team scored a big 68-26 win over the Lincoln Lions.

With the victory, Live Oak advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Acorns travel to Aptos (Aptos, CA) to face the Mariners in a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. The Mariners enter the match with a record of 2-2. Aptos lost 63-51 in their recent non-league match against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)

The Lions now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Lorenzo Valley for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 13. Lincoln will battle a Cougars team coming off a 43-39 non-league loss to Gilroy (Gilroy, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-4.
