Minnesota High School Basketball - Ashby tops Pelican Rapids
December 13, 2021: Ashby, MN 56309 Ashby Arrows (Ashby, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Pelican Rapids Vikings (Pelican Rapids, MN), 61-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Ashby upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Arrows travel to Frazee (Frazee, MN) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 14. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Frazee lost 63-31 in their recent league bout against Pelican Rapids (Pelican Rapids, MN)
Next up, the Vikings play the Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 16. Pelican Rapids will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Comets come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 54-46 league win over Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN).
