The Rickards Raiders basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Leon Lions to 20 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Monday.

The Raiders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Godby for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 6. Rickards will battle a Cougars team coming off a 42-30 non-league loss to Leon (Tallahassee, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.

The Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Tallahassee, FL). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
