December 13, 2021: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Mariner Tritons (Cape Coral, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Gateway Eagles (Fort Myers, FL), 69-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mariner upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Tritons host Lehigh (Lehigh Acres, FL) to play the Lightning in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 14. The Lightning go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Lehigh won 61-32 in their recent non-league bout against Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL)
Next up, the Eagles play the Lely Trojans (Naples, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 14. Gateway will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 56-41 non-league win over Estero (Estero, FL).
