Kansas High School Basketball - Sacred Heart edges Berean Academy
December 13, 2022: Elbing, KS 67041 The Sacred Heart Knights (Salina, KS) basketball nipped the host Berean Academy Warriors (Elbing, KS), 48-44 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Southeast of Saline got by Hillsboro (Hillsboro, KS), 56-37, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Academy for a non-league test on Friday, December 16. Berean Academy will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 66-45 non-league loss to Cheney (Cheney, KS). The Knights record now stands at 1-4.
