December 13, 2022: Blue Island, IL 60406 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Evergreen Park Mustangs (Evergreen Park, IL) and the host Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals (Blue Island, IL), saw Evergreen Park's basketball squad hold off Blue Island Eisenhower by a tally of 76-74.
With the victory, Evergreen Park improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Addison Trail (Addison, IL) to confront the Blazers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Addison Trail lost 78-35 in their recent league challenge against Proviso East (Maywood, IL)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Blue Island Eisenhower will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 57-53 league loss to King (Chicago, IL).
