Oregon High School Basketball - Bonanza fells Illinois Valley
December 13, 2022: Bonanza, OR 97623 Bonanza Antlers (Bonanza, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Illinois Valley Cougars (Cave Junction, OR), 70-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bonanza upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Antlers travel to Mohawk (Marcola, OR) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Mohawk won 55-2 in their recent league bout against Crow (Eugene, OR)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Illinois Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Chieftains go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 30-29 non-league win over Camas Valley (Camas Valley, OR).
