The Brewer Bears basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Boswell Pioneers to 37 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weatherford for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Brewer will meet a Kangaroos team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Northwest (Justin, TX). The Kangaroos record now stands at 6-7.

The Pioneers (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Grapevine (Grapevine, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Grapevine was nudged by Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX), 92-72, in a non-league contest.
