Arizona High School Basketball - Cactus Shadows overwhelms Independence

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Cactus Shadows Falcons (Cave Creek, AZ) and the visiting Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ), saw Cactus Shadows's basketball squad wallop Independence by a tally of 82-22.

With the victory, Cactus Shadows improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host McClintock (Tempe, AZ) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. McClintock won 70-35 in their recent league challenge against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Patriots confront the Glendale Cardinals (Glendale, AZ) in a 5A Central Valley challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Independence will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 61-51 league win over Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ).
