Michigan High School Basketball - Cass City nips Millington
December 13, 2022: Millington, MI 48746 Cass City Red Hawks (Cass City, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Millington Cardinals (Millington, MI), 45-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cass City upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Red Hawks host Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Nouvel Catholic Central won 80-49 in their recent league bout against Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Millington will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
