Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Clairton knocked off by Neighborhood Academy
December 13, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15224 The Neighborhood Academy basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Clairton Bears to 63 in the non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nazareth Prep for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Neighborhood Academy will battle a Saints team coming off a 68-40 non-league loss to Aquinas Academy (Gibsonia, PA). The Saints record now stands at 3-1.
The Bears (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Springdale (Springdale, PA). The Dynamos enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Springdale was defeated by Perry Traditional Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 65-50, in a non-league contest.
