Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Dallas tops Scranton Prep
December 13, 2022: Dallas, PA 18612 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) and the visiting Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA), saw Dallas's basketball squad knock off Scranton Prep by a count of 62-50.
With the victory, Dallas upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Mountaineers host Athens (Athens, PA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Athens won 65-34 in their recent league challenge against North Penn-Liberty (Liberty, PA)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Scranton Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 53-44 non-league loss to Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA).
