Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Deer Lakes ripped by Hampton
December 13, 2022: Allison Park, PA 15101 The Hampton Talbots basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Deer Lakes Lancers to 38 in the Talbots non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Talbots now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plum for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Hampton will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-47 non-league win over Propel Braddock Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
The Lancers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA). The Rams enter the WPIAL 3A 3 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Ligonier Valley was routed by Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA), 63-44, in a non-league contest.
