Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Eastern Lebanon County holds off Hamburg
December 13, 2022: Hamburg, PA 19526 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Eastern Lebanon County Raiders (Myerstown, PA) and the host Hamburg Hawks (Hamburg, PA), saw Eastern Lebanon County's basketball squad hold off Hamburg by a tally of 58-52.
With the victory, Eastern Lebanon County improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Lampeter-Strasburg won 74-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Hamburg will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 62-35 non-league win over Penn Manor (Millersville, PA).
