Washington High School Basketball - Federal Way overwhelms Kent-Meridian
December 13, 2022: Federal Way, WA 98003 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Federal Way Eagles (Federal Way, WA) and the visiting Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA), saw Federal Way's basketball squad wallop Kent-Meridian by a tally of 100-60.
With the victory, Federal Way improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA) to confront the Lancers in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Olympic challenge on Friday, December 16. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Kennedy Catholic won 62-47 in their recent league challenge against Kentlake (Kent, WA)
Next up, the Royals confront the Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Kent-Meridian will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 74-41 non-league win over Orting (Orting, WA).
