Idaho High School Basketball - Richfield crushes Mackay

December 13, 2022: Mackay, ID 83251

Richfield Tigers (Richfield, ID) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Mackay Miners (Mackay, ID), 78-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Richfield upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hansen (Hansen, ID) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Miners play the Grace Lutheran Royals (Pocatello, ID) in a 1A Rocky Mountain bout, on Friday, December 16. Mackay will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Royals come into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 51-21 non-league win over Taylor's Crossing (Idaho Falls, ID).
