December 13, 2022: North Huntingdon, PA 15642 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) basketball squad felled the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA), by a margin of 42-28.
The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Laurel Highlands thwarted Connellsville (Connellsville, PA), 72-45, in a non-league outing.
The Vikings now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Southmoreland for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16. Mt. Pleasant will clash with a Scotties squad coming off a 83-80 non-league win over Derry (Derry, PA). The Scotties record now stands at 3-0.
