New Rochelle Huguenots (New Rochelle, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host North Rockland Raiders (Thiells, NY), 46-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, New Rochelle upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Huguenots travel to Olympic (Charlotte, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 23. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 8-0.

Next up, the Raiders play the Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. North Rockland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 72-46 non-league win over Liberty (Liberty, NY).
