December 13, 2022: Oxford, CT 06478 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Oxford Wolverines (Oxford, CT) and the visiting Crosby Bulldogs (Waterbury, CT), saw Oxford's basketball squad wallop Crosby by a tally of 69-41.
With the victory, Oxford improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Derby (Derby, CT) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Watertown Indians (Watertown, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Crosby will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 34-31 league loss to Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT).
