Michigan High School Basketball - West Catholic tops Muskegon
December 13, 2022: Muskegon, MI 49441 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Catholic Falcons (Grand Rapids, MI) and the host Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI), saw West Catholic's basketball squad knock off Muskegon by a count of 49-35.
With the victory, West Catholic upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Wayland (Wayland, MI) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Wayland won 64-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Covenant Christian (Grand Rapids, MI)
Next up, the Big Reds play the Rockford Rams (Rockford, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Muskegon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 64-38 non-league win over Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI).
